The Group has been accredited the highest three star accolade, which celebrates their contribution and dedication, to culture, wellbeing, people and community. The data gathering and analysis for the list is extensive, with employees being asked to give scores on different aspects on their workplace – from working conditions to the employer’s values.
Greg Cox, CEO at Quint Group, said: “The Sunday Times’ best companies ranking is widely acknowledged as the benchmark for employee engagement in this country and to be selected is a great achievement. We’re proud of the culture that we have created here at Quint and we support our staff in any way that we can.
“Development of our staff is very important to us and we have a learning and development manager who focuses on this. Quarterly staff updates are held off site where we review the performance of the business but also present awards and have a bit of fun. Balance is important in the workplace – we encourage all staff take regular time away from their desks in our break out area where they can play pool, table tennis and Xbox.
“It’s an exciting time here at Quint, this year our aim is to grow our international presence while continuing to innovate and grow in our core markets.”
