An Employment Agency dedicated to supporting Macclesfield and its community across all office based positions. We offer temporary and permanent recruitment services and are available out of hours. A warm and reliable service run by a team who go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.
We have a strong, experienced team and work across office based (commercial) recruitment. We have had success from entry level positions to Director appointments. Our preference is always for face to face communication and we go above and beyond to service those we serve.
We set up the business specifically to serve the Macclesfield community and the businesses therein, and are active within the local area.
We support local charities (East Cheshire Hospice and Donna Louise) and have fundraised for both. We are active members of the local Chamber and recently won 2 Bronze awards for Small Business and Team of the Year (2028). We are the only agency in Macclesfield to recruit for the Local Council and support many local initiatives and causes.
All but the founder of Contrast were born and have grown up in Macclesfield, and have strong family ties to the town. We believe very strongly in the current offerings that Macclesfield contributes to the area, and also the latent possibilities for the town.
We regularly attend local meetings chaired by David Rutley MP to understand the direction of Macclesfield and the support from local businesses required, and we have strong links to the College so that we can support the younger talent coming into the working world.
