Our managing director has lived in Macclesfield for over 30 years.  Park Lane Recruitment is based in Macclesfield.  As a growing business, we are always on the lookout for good experienced recruiters to join us from the Macclesfield area.  We are passionate about Macclesfield’s redevelopment to get it back to the thriving town it was when we first moved here.  Not only should all businesses in the town band together, but we want to see the establishment of a “Tech Hub” run by the IT & Tech businesses already here to help make Macclesfield a ‘go to’ destination for both experience and graduate workers in the IT & Tech industries.  Especially necessary to attract people from Manchester.

I started in IT Recruitment in 1985 (over 30 years ago!).  I've built & managed high-performing sales teams and delivered high growth and profitability across IT Recruitment, E-Learning and International Education.  Always leading from the front I am very much a hands-on recruiter at heart with a quiet, confident, consultative approach to recruiting.  

Client-facing and comfortable in front of small or large groups; I've written a successful business book, articles for trade publications and spoken at numerous global conferences . Park Lane is a member of both TEAM (UK) and NPA (USA) - large associations of independent recruiters.  I'm UK / Eastern Europe Leader for NPA and previously ran the UK IT & Tech group for TEAM. We therefore provide recruiting services to candidates and clients worldwide.
